	We are true tour guides, not just drivers: we talk wine! Our Historical Tour of Sonoma Valley visits four wineries and includes a picnic style lunch. We provide education on the rich history and agriculture of this beautiful area. Here are a few of the area wineries with interesting historical significance... Sebastiani The history of Sebastiani Vineyards dates back to 1825. These vineyards are among the oldest vineyard sites in northern California. Bartholomew Park This unique winery has been a morgue, a school, a home for wayward girls, a brothel, a hospital and now a winery. Within the building is a fascinating museum with which takes you back to the early days of viticulture. Buena Vista Oldest and one of the most beautiful wineries in California, Buena Vista was founded by the father of the California wine industry - the flamboyant Count Haraszthy. The tasting room is in an old stone building erected in 1857. Buena Vista was the first premium wine produced in California. Lunch is included at its creekside area. Gundlach-Bundschu Not only does this winery date back to the 1880's, its family management is well loved for keeping alive its tradition of Bacchus Festivals of long ago at "Rhine Farm".
